Our team and trusted subcontractors are selected based on experience, reliability, and adherence to professional construction standards in Florida.

Workmanship Warranty

Digicon LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty of one (1) year from the date of substantial project completion.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship directly related to labor performed by Digicon LLC
  • Installation errors that do not meet standard construction practices

At our discretion, we will repair or correct any covered issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Optional Extended Warranty

For added peace of mind, clients may choose to purchase an extended workmanship warranty of up to five (5) years, where applicable.

Extended coverage terms will be clearly defined in your written service agreement.

Manufacturer & Material Warranties

Many materials and products used in your project are covered by manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond our workmanship warranty.

These may include:

  • Fixtures and finishes
  • Appliances
  • Roofing or waterproofing systems
  • Flooring and cabinetry

We will provide documentation where applicable; however, warranty claims on products must typically be handled directly with the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Structural issues or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work
  • Work performed by third parties not contracted by Digicon LLC
  • Natural events (e.g., flooding, hurricanes, humidity-related expansion common in Florida)
  • Cracking, shrinking, or movement due to settling or environmental conditions

Use of Subcontractors

Digicon LLC may engage qualified subcontractors to perform certain aspects of the work.

While we carefully select experienced professionals, subcontractors operate as independent entities.
Warranty coverage applies only to workmanship under our direct contract and supervision, as outlined in your agreement.

Important Notice on Estimates & Hidden Conditions

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

During construction, unforeseen issues may arise, including:

  • Hidden water damage
  • Outdated electrical or plumbing systems
  • Structural deficiencies

If such conditions are discovered, additional work may be required and will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Permits & Code Compliance

Where applicable, work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and permitting requirements in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding municipalities.

However, timelines and approvals may be impacted by:

  • Municipal processing delays
  • Inspection schedules
  • Regulatory changes

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is:

  • Non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Limited to the original scope of work performed by Digicon LLC
  • Subject to the terms outlined in your signed service agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digicon LLC’s liability is limited to the repair or correction of covered workmanship defects.
