  2. Meeting with an architect to create the plans according to the city’s construction standards

  5. Application for a new construction permit → No construction may begin until this permit is obtained
  6. Once the building permit is issued, have the layout done by a land surveyor

  9. The walls → Once the foundation and sanitation are done, the house will be able to start climbing out of the ground.
  10. The roof
